Owns Horse(s)? Yes
What does being a Kerrits Ambassador mean to you? Being a Kerrits ambassador to me means spreading awareness of equine sports and promoting fashion wear for girls of all shapes, sizes, and disciplines. Loving our horses is important, but so is being comfortable while around them, and with pants that stretch and shirts that are breathable, my fellow riders and I can achieve that. Being a Kerrits Ambassador means connecting with other riders in the equestrian community and sharing our journeys while expressing our own individual personalities.
What are your passions as a rider and ambassador? As an equestrian, my biggest goal is being the best possible rider I can. I want to educate and teach people about all horses, plus I have interests in fashion. Wearing Kerrits clothing allows me to get on my horse without worrying about ripping my pants. Wearing Kerrits clothing allows me to try new things, and share my experiences with the Internet on various social media platforms. As a person, my interests are educating others, connecting with others, and looking great at the same time.
What is your connection to Kerrits? I first started riding Saddle Seat 4 years ago, and my barn is one town over. It was a chilly day, but I live in Southern California, so I just put on a light long sleeved shirt. When I got to the barn. it was about 5 degrees colder than it had been at my house, and I got out of the car and was shocked when I felt the chilly breeze. I walked into the barn and asked if anyone had an extra jacket, so my trainer walked into her office and found me a jacket that somebody left there the previous week. It was a blue Kerrits jacket, and I fell in love. My trainer said I could keep it, so I went home and ordered a shirt. I wore that shirt until it faded in the washer machine. Then last Christmas, I decided that I needed another pair of riding pants. I took a trip to a Dover store and bought a new Kerrits shirt and a pair of bootcut breeches. I LOVE both of them and have since been raving about them on Instagram.
